PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Nine Operating Suites reside above a new and efficient Sterile Processing Facility. New PACU and ACU areas were built to compliment the state of the art operating suites. The new welcoming lobby features a new gift shop and easy access to new Administrative and support offices. Infrastructure upgrades included a new 500HP boiler, dearator and surge tank. New 570 ton Chiller, Medical vacuum pump, cooling tower upgrades, new stack heat recovery system, new 6,700 sq ft mechanical room serving the addition and renovated areas. The mechanical room houses 4 new built-up air handlers and other supporting equipment.
