PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
Eight OR Suites supported by pre-op / post-op recovery rooms. Mechanical systems include boilers heating glycol and hot water delivered to VAV reheat coils and AHU coils. Operating rooms were supplied with humidification and chilled water for cooling loads and for dehumidification. Medical gas systems, plumbing systems, tempered water and RO water are combined with other systems for a complete stand alone facility with main campus DDC monitoring.
