PROJECT DESCRIPTION:
A Design Build project consisting of a complete mechanical and plumbing system for laboratory and office functions. Heating and cooling is provided by a ducted heat pump system. Hot water is generated by modular high efficiency boilers and cooling is provided through a closed loop exterior cooling tower. Warehouse heat is provided with infrared tube heaters. Complete new plumbing system and fixtures with a domestic water filtration system, with laboratory services and waste piping.
