At Vermont Mechanical we look at Plan and Spec work as something much more than a project where we need to have the lowest price on bid day. We prefer to look at each project as an opportunity to evaluate it early for any potential issues or conflicts and begin offering solutions, if required, right from the start. We believe this approach ensures our projects have a greater chance of success.
