The renovation includes major infrastructure upgrades necessary to convert the existing office building into a fully operational veterinary hospital
- HVAC system installation and upgrades including new supply, return & exhaust ductwork, exhaust fans, electric heaters, & heat pump system.
- New plumbing systems throughout the facility such as Domestic water, sanitary/vent, medical gas and gas piping along with new fixtures.
- Mechanical system coordination for medical and treatment spaces
- Ventilation solutions designed for healthcare-grade indoor air quality
