Commercial Mechanical Services
When Vermont Mechanical commits to a project, we’re signing on for more than mechanical systems design and installation. We’re partnering with you to keep your building running smoothly for the long term. Commercial facilities rely on heating, cooling, refrigeration, plumbing, and control systems every day, and even minor disruptions can impact operations, comfort, and safety.
Our service team works throughout the Burlington area. We’re here to keep your system performing reliably, whether you’re managing a busy hospital, a school campus, or a hospitality facility.
Commercial Service Solutions
Our service department works closely with our installation teams to maintain familiarity with your mechanical systems. This continuity allows us to provide responsive, informed support across every aspect of your building’s infrastructure.
Preventative Maintenance
Our customized preventative maintenance programs help keep your equipment running at peak performance and reduce the risk of unexpected failures. We develop customized plans for heating and cooling, plumbing, refrigeration, medical gas, and control systems, scheduling inspections and maintenance at intervals that align with your operational needs. Preventative care not only supports system efficiency but also contributes to the safety and comfort of your occupants.
Indoor Air-Quality Inspections
Indoor air quality is more than comfort. It affects occupant health and the performance of your HVAC system. Dust, debris, and other particulates accumulate in ductwork over time, reducing airflow and forcing your systems to work harder. Our NADCA/ASCS-certified team provides thorough inspections, maintenance, and cleaning for air ducts, dryer vents, and air treatment systems. Clear air systems support healthier indoor environments, improve energy use, and help extend the life of your equipment.
Mechanical System Optimization
Commercial facilities often rely on a combination of complex systems, including refrigeration, heating, plumbing, medical gas, and control systems. Our service team evaluates system performance, identifies potential issues before they become critical, and keeps components functioning together efficiently. By integrating maintenance with operational expertise, we help buildings run reliably while supporting the long-term performance of critical infrastructure.
Project Handoff and Documentation
After installation, our service team conducts a formalized handoff, providing a written start-up report and a customized preventative maintenance proposal. As part of our commitment to quality, we stand behind all contract warranties and provide thorough documentation, including operational manuals and as-built records. This provides our team with the information needed to manage your systems effectively and enables our service team to respond efficiently to any future needs.
