Mechanical Design-Build Services
When you choose Vermont Mechanical, you're engaging a single, experienced team with the in-house engineering talent and construction expertise to design your project and bring it to life. There's no gap between design intent and construction reality, because the people designing your systems are the same people building them. This yields a streamlined, single-partner experience. That’s our design-build approach, and it’s one of the many reasons we’ve become Burlington and the broader region’s trusted choice for commercial mechanical solutions across numerous industries.

How Our Design-Build Process Works
Firm Price Proposals
Once we've completed the pre-construction process and understand your facility's needs, we’ll deliver a firm, fair price for the project. This is not a rough estimate that’s subject to revision. You’ll get a number you can rely on from the start.
Faster, More Efficient Project Delivery
Because our designers are an integral part of the procurement process, our design-build approach compresses timelines significantly. We’ll work directly with vendors to select materials and manage shop-drawing submittals, eliminating the communication delays and coordination gaps that routinely slow down multi-party arrangements. Decisions get made faster, and the project moves accordingly.
