Post-Construction Mechanical Services
At Vermont Mechanical, a finished project is the beginning of a long-term relationship, not the end of one. For over four decades, we've built our reputation on the quality of the systems we install and the support we provide long after a project closes.
Our clients across healthcare, education, government, hospitality, manufacturing, and commercial industries know they can count on us to stand behind our work, maintain their systems, and keep their facilities running at their best, year after year.
Need support for your mechanical systems? Give us a call at (802) 722-7862 or contact us online for post-construction mechanical services in Burlington, as well as the surrounding region.
Our Post-Construction Services
What makes our post-construction support exceptional is that our service technicians work alongside the pre-construction and installation teams throughout the project. That coordination is what allows us to deliver a level of post-construction support that outside service providers simply can't match.
Here's what that looks like in practice:
- Formalized system handoff – When your equipment is installed and running smoothly, our service team conducts a structured handoff to your team. This includes a written start-up report documenting system performance and a customized preventative maintenance proposal tailored to your equipment and facility needs.
- Preventative maintenance programs – Rather than waiting for something to go wrong, we can help you stay ahead of issues with a proactive maintenance plan designed to keep your mechanical systems operating efficiently and reliably.
- Ongoing troubleshooting and support – When issues arise, our service team is on hand to diagnose and resolve them quickly. Because we know your systems inside and out, we can troubleshoot faster and more accurately than any outside contractor.
