New facility & plumbing systems

This 120,000 square foot project encompassed 135 skilled-care patient beds and 30 assisted-living facility beds. The new facility provides advanced-skill nursing and rehabilitative care while ensuring residents have a home-like atmosphere. The two connected building incorporate kitchen services, assembly spaces, staff support spaces, and resident amenities, such as beauty salons and exercise rooms. Vermont Mechanical provided the plumbing systems for the facility, including the central water-heating plant, water softener, LP and natural gas systems, as well as all plumbing for all of the resident spaces. Vermont Mechanical also led all of the coordination efforts for the plumbing, HVAC , electrical and sprinkler systems.
