Created the mechanical system for the Studio Art and Film & Media Studies

The entire mechanical system for this 105,000 square-foot facility for the academic departments of Studio Art and Film & Media Studies was built using a fully coordinated 3-D package created and administered by Vermont Mechanical. The facility contains teaching and production studios, classrooms, dark rooms, exhibition space, a screening room, theaters, and administrative offices. The mechanical systems include steam-to-water conversion from the central plant to feed radiant ceiling and floor systems, and penthouse air-handling units for building ventilation and cooling. It also includes specialty exhaust and make-up air systems.
