Outpatient Surgery Center
This 41,000 square foot stand-alone facility houses eight operating suites, 30 pre/post-recovery stations, and central sterile-processing and decontamination station. The mechanical services included a custom penthouse-style air-handling unit with full humidity control.
Dartmouth Hitchcock Medical Center, RTU 4-1 Replacement
This project consisted of a replacement rooftop air handler in an active and occupied hospital wing. Special considerations included the need for temporary ventilation for the affected spaces, demolition, roofing, and steam and chilled water pipe work — all to be performed with little to no impact on the staff or patients.
