Historical building remodel

Vermont Mechanical conducted a historical building remodel and provided design/build plumbing for new construction and an addition for the 138-room hotel built in the center of downtown Burlington. Systems included all individual hotel room heat-pump units, a central boiler plant and chiller, full commercial kitchen, enclosed parking garage, indoor swimming pool, meeting spaces, and lobby registration and bar/lounge spaces.
