Project Summary

Transformation of an existing non-related manufacturing plant

This 34,000 square foot, LEED-certified research and development facility transformed from an existing non-related manufacturing plant. An open collaborative environment challenged the team to ensure that comfort, noise, efficiency, and functionality were foremost in the finished facility. Every step of the way, our team worked with the General Contractor, Architect and Engineer to ensure the fluidity of the process matched the expectations of the project team.
