In 2024, Rick McGrath relocated from Massachusetts to join Vermont Mechanical as our Piping Department Manager. Rick has 20+ years of Plumbing and HVAC management experience with a wide variety of relevant experiences. He has worked as a Master Plumber, Foreman, Business Owner/Operator, Residential HVAC General Manager, Service Manager, Trade School Teacher, and Education Director. In his role, he leads our pre-fabrication pipe and installation process along with developing skills of the organization. Rick is a proud husband, father of three, and spends his free time enjoying the outdoors of Vermont.
