Commercial Heating Installation and Replacement
Reliable heating is essential to keeping commercial buildings comfortable, productive, and safe throughout the long winters we face in the Burlington area. At Vermont Mechanical, we provide professional commercial heating installation and replacement services designed to support the long-term performance of your facility.
Since our founding in 1988, we have focused exclusively on commercial mechanical systems, giving our team the in-depth knowledge needed to handle complex heating infrastructure in offices, healthcare facilities, institutional buildings, and other large-scale environments.
A properly designed heating system does more than warm a building. It supports energy efficiency, protects critical equipment, and helps maintain a stable indoor environment for employees, patients, and visitors. Our team approaches every installation and replacement project with careful planning, advanced fabrication capabilities, and a commitment to precision from start to finish.
Our professionals handle the permitting process on your behalf, helping projects move forward while meeting local code and compliance requirements. When you work with us, you can count on working with people who take pride in their work and support one another in the quest to deliver exceptional results for every client. That shared sense of responsibility drives the high standards we bring to every job site.

A Comprehensive Approach to Commercial Heating Projects
We work closely with owners, engineers, and contractors to at all stages of an installation project.
Preconstruction
Successful heating projects begin long before equipment arrives on-site. During the preconstruction phase, our team evaluates the building’s mechanical needs, project goals, and construction timeline. We review system requirements, coordinate with other trades, and identify potential challenges early so they can be addressed before installation begins.
This planning process helps verify that heating systems are sized correctly, installed efficiently, and integrated smoothly with the building’s broader mechanical infrastructure.
